About
I’m Lee, a passionate outdoorsman with years of experience in bushcraft and outdoor education. It started with Scouting, teaching young people wilderness survival skills, and it’s grown from there — shelter-building, fire-starting, foraging, celestial navigation, and everything in between. I believe learning to thrive in nature is an essential life skill for everyone, and I love helping people build the skills, knowledge, and resilience to do exactly that, whether that’s a weekend workshop or a longer expedition.
Greenwood Bushcraft is a trading name of Independent Youth Volunteer Support (IYVS), the Community Interest Company I founded to fix real gaps in how young people — particularly neurodivergent young people — are supported. Alongside Bushcraft, I coach Zanshin Archery and founded Own Pace Outfitters to run Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions — different settings, same belief in hands-on, confidence-building outdoor learning. Join me on this journey of discovery, and let’s explore the wonders of nature together.
